Message from the Bishop

Dear Church Leadership,

As you experience the major transition in the life of you congregation, I want you to know that assistance is available to you.

First, I must acknowledge that no transition is easy. However, God's people have always been equipped with the ability to pivot, persevere, and grow through challenging seasons. Having faithfully preached the gospel and shepherded God's people for more than 30 years, I offer my experience and ministry to churches seeking stability ad direction during this important time.

Often, determining the next steps in pastoral transition is best accomplished with the guidance of an experience interim pastor. This period of transition should not simply be viewed as waiting for the next pastor--it should be embraced as a season of growth, self-examination, healing, and preparation. Together, we can reassess your church's vision, strengthen its leadership, and prepare the congregation for the next chapter God has already ordained.

It is my prayer to partner with your church leadership by filling the pulpit, providing pastoral care, encouraging your congregation, and offering strategic guidance throughout this transition. While an interim pastor is not called to become the permanent pastor, the work of ministry remains the same: preaching the Word, caring for God's people, strengthening leadership, and preparing the church for the future success.

As a Certified Transitional Interim Pastor, I understand both the practical and spiritual challenges churches face during seasons of change. Because the interim pastor is typically not a candidate for the permanent position, I am able to serve objectivity, helping your congregation navigate decisions with wisdom, unity, and biblical integrity.

I have been blessed to witness churches emerge stronger after transition than they were before it. It would be my honor to walk alongside your congregation during this important season and help prepare the way for the shepherd Gd has already chosen.

This is not simply a season of waiting.

It is a season of preparation.

It is a season of healing.

It is a season of hope.

Tour prayers, faithfulness, and commitment remain vital because "The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much." (James 5: 16)

I look forward to serving your church and partnering with your leadership team as together we prepare for God's next assignment.

May God richly bless you.

In His Service,
